Otherwise, the pressure points are making sure Kerry gets PA and NJ at 5pm, watching OH at 4, FL at 5, and the Arkansas hail mary at 5:30.
If there's no clear good surprises for Kerry by then, then we have a tight night. Eek.
The most common prediction for the Democrat pundits is that Kerry duplicates the Gore states, while also getting FL and NH.
I think that's boring. I want blowout.
Home in between my first and second precinct stops. From my very informal and totally unscientific exit polls at Century Village in Boca Raton, 98% Kerry, 95% Betty Castor-US Senate.
Landslide is what I want...a veritable landslide so no one can mistake the fact that we Floridians want K/E in the White House. As for GWB, he can go back to Crawford and recover from all his 'hard work'.

Ok-politics. I really wanna say the L word...SO MANY PEOPLE are for K/E & Castor. At the 3rd precinct I hung out at, 10 of the Kerryites were ALL former Repubs...voting as Dems for the first time...campaigning for a Dem for the first time in their lives. I'm talking 70,80,90 year olds. Humbling experience. Did visibility at 4 precincts in all, from 7a to just now with 2 come home breaks to blog. This is history in the making and I have a front row seat.
Tunesmith, thanks for letting me hijack this thread...see what becoming a blogger can do to a person?? :-)
