Supreme Court and Bush

But the chief justice probably will, and O'Connor might. Anyway, this is an editorial that gets scary about what Bush appointments could lead to. It's a bit shrill, but I'm in support of being shrill about the Supreme Court - Bush has shown no desire to nominate judges that would get bipartisan support.
