AWESOME!!! Best of luck and happiness! And regardless of what anyone says (oh god, here comes that damn unsolicited advice) hire a professional painter to paint before you move in...and always paint BEFORE installing new carpet! :-)

Hang in there...it happens...just means it wasn't meant to be...happened to me several times when I was looking for my 2nd house (am on my 3rd right now)and in retrospect am glad they fell thru. Good luck!
