It is SO embarrassing to be a Floridian some days. As far as the comment from Secretary of State Glenda Hood, she is absolutely incorrect.
During the last election, it took me 20 minutes to vote. Why? The first two machines I used were not working. Several other machines around me were not working.
Combine faulty machines with a large elderly population that either couldn't read the instructions or didn't understand the instructions and you get mass confusion.
Think the 2000 FL election was horrendous? Just wait for 9 March!
