Bush's 2004 plan
So, as part of his 2004 strategy, he has released sweeping plans to enable corporations to employ illegal immigrants in a legal way. He has also released sweeping plans to return to the moon and set up a permanent base.I think it's all part of his sweeping plan to send all illegal immigrants to the moon.
