Every once in a while
Every once in a while I get back into a phase of being fascinated by interactive fiction. I liked Infocom games a lot when I was in Junior High. My favorite game was Sorceror, sequel to Enchanter, probably because it was the only one I solved all by myself, without the hint book. Now there's a whole community out there that writes their own text adventure games, many of which are better (or at least more artistic) than the games that Infocom wrote. And there are authorship systems. That's what gets me intrigued from time to time. I start to come up with ideas of games to write. You can find games (and interpreters to play them) at
